At InnoWave group we understand the importance of the confidentiality and integrity of the personal data we hold. This privacy policy assures our employees, customers, suppliers, website visitors and all stakeholders that we work every day to maintain an adequate level of security in terms of confidentiality, integrity, availability and resilience of the information assets and personal data of the InnoWave Technologies group, against all threats they could face.
InnoWave Technologies group establishes, implements, operates, monitors, reviews, maintains and improves data protection based on a documented approach to risk activity and compliance with all requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We periodically update this privacy policy.

3. Who is responsible
Everyone who works for or with InnoWave Technologies has some responsibility for ensuring data is collected, stored and handled appropriately. Each team that handles personal data must ensure it is processed in line with this policy and our internal data protection procedures.
Our Board is ultimately responsible for ensuring that InnoWave meets its legal obligations. Our Data Protection Officers are responsible for:
- Keeping the Board updated about data protection responsibilities, risks and issues.
- Reviewing all data protection procedures and related policies, in line with an agreed schedule.
- Arranging data protection training and advice for the people covered by this policy.
- Handling data protection questions from staff and anyone else covered by this policy.
- Dealing with requests from data subjects to see the data InnoWave holds about them.
- Checking and approving any contracts or agreements with third parties that may handle the company’s personal data.
Some of these tasks are executed by other departments assigned by the DPOs.

- Recruitment data — personal data managed during the recruitment phase.
- Employee data — personal data of InnoWave Technologies employees.
- Project data — personal data collected, managed and stored during project or product development.
- Website visitor data — personal data collected from our websites.

We use a variety of security measures to help protect and maintain the security, integrity and availability of your personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction:
- Logical security measures such as firewalls and intrusion detection, a policy of access to information, and logging.
- Physical security measures, including strict access control to the physical facilities of InnoWave Technologies by employees, partners and visitors, and very restricted, permanently monitored access to essential technological infrastructure.
- Other measures such as masking, encryption, pseudonymisation and anonymisation of personal data, together with measures that realise the principle of privacy by design and by default.
When InnoWave Technologies uses subcontractors or third parties, they shall comply with the applicable legislation and ensure that: (i) the sharing of personal information and data follows the legal regulations in force; (ii) the subcontractors or third parties are contractually obliged to observe obligations of confidentiality and ensure the security of personal data, and are unable to use such data for any other purpose, for their own benefit or that of third parties, or to correlate it with other data available to them.
Compliance with information security and data privacy policies is subject to scrutiny, audit and controls, complemented by a demanding awareness and training programme for InnoWave Technologies employees and partners.
10. Your rights
Whenever we process personal data, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is kept accurate and up to date for the purposes for which it was collected. For all of the processes described above, we provide the ability for data subjects to exercise their rights. Under the GDPR, data subjects have the following rights:
- Right to access: InnoWave Technologies must provide data subjects with access to their personal data.
- Right to rectification: data subjects may require us to rectify any errors in their personal data.
- Right to erasure (the “right to be forgotten”): data subjects may require us to delete their personal data where continued processing is not justified.
- Right to portability: data subjects have the right to transfer their personal data between companies.
- Right to withdraw consent: data subjects may withdraw consent at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@innowave.tech. We will analyse the request and respond within one month, notifying you of the actions we have taken. The exercise of these rights is subject to certain exceptions intended to safeguard the public interest (prevention or detection of crime) or our interest (maintaining professional secrecy).

For all defined personal data processes, InnoWave Technologies will use the data only for the defined purposes. We will never use the data for other purposes or provide your personal information to any third party without requesting prior consent. We never sell personal information.
12. Visiting this site and cookies
You are free to explore our websites without providing any information about yourself. On specific landing pages we ask you to provide some personal information, which we collect in our database. If you provide us with personal information of any kind, you agree to the rules of this privacy policy and to the data practices described in it. If you do not agree with those practices, you should not submit information to us.
We may collect and process information about your visit, such as the pages you visit, the website you came from and some of the searches you perform. We use this to help improve the content of the site and to compile aggregate statistics for internal market research.
